The production of RIO MARE tuna is a very simple process. The tuna is steamed and then treated by hand, (as has always been the tradition) to ensure the most immaculate cleanliness and a selection of only the finest pieces. After that the tuna is put into tins, with the addition of pure olive oil and a pinch of salt. No preservatives or artificial flavourings of any kind are included.
